1. General provisions
This policy is formulated by jawoke.com (hereinafter referred to as "the company") to regulate the rights and obligations between the company and users, ensure transaction security and service quality, and enhance user experience.
This policy applies to all individuals or organizations that purchase goods or use services through jawoke.com's official website, app, mini program, e-commerce platform flagship store, offline stores, and other channels.
jawoke.com reserves the final right of interpretation of the terms of this policy, and has the right to modify or supplement the terms in accordance with laws and regulations, market environment, or business development needs. The modified content will be published on the official website or platform bulletin board, and the modified content will take effect from the date of publication.

2. Scope of application
This policy applies to the following scenarios (but not limited to): Product sales and service provision, user registration and account management, data collection and privacy protection, after-sales service and return and exchange process, membership system and points management, community behavior and content specifications.

3. User rights and obligations
Users enjoy the following rights.
Obtain true and accurate product information and service descriptions, enjoy after-sales service under the premise of meeting the conditions for return and exchange, make suggestions, feedback, or complaints about products or services, protect personal privacy and data security in accordance with the law, and independently choose whether to accept platform push information or marketing content.
Users should fulfill the following obligations:

Comply with this policy and relevant platform rules
Do not engage in malicious order brushing, false evaluation, fraud, and other behaviors
Do not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others or the company's intellectual property rights
Properly keep account information, and the account loss caused by personal reasons shall be borne by the user

4. Company rights and obligations
The company promises to provide legal and compliant products and services, protect the security of users' personal information, respond to users' reasonable demands in a timely manner, continuously optimize service processes and shopping experience, and ensure that all product information is true and accurate, and false propaganda is eliminated.
The company has the right to:
Take measures such as warnings, restricting functions, blocking accounts, and terminating services against users who violate the terms of this policy, adjust service content or terminate services according to laws, regulations and policy changes, reserve the right to pursue legal liability for malicious behavior, adjust product prices, inventory, promotional activities and other content, and the platform announcement shall prevail.

5. Return and exchange policy
All goods can be returned or exchanged without reason within 7 days from the date of receipt (except special goods, such as underwear, customized goods, etc.).
The returned goods must be kept intact, unused, and with complete tags, and will not affect secondary sales.
The return and exchange process must be submitted through the platform, and the return and exchange can only be processed after approval.
If there is a quality problem with the product, the company will bear the return shipping fee; if the return or exchange is for personal reasons of the user, the shipping fee shall be borne by the user.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company strictly complies with the U.S. Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations, respecting and protecting user privacy. The Company collects, uses, stores, and transmits personal information only within the scope of user authorization and takes reasonable measures to ensure information security. 7. Dispute Resolution
American Arbitration Association Mediation Service Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the parties may file a lawsuit in the People's Court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.

8. Supplementary provisions
This policy shall take effect from July 25, 2025.
The final right of interpretation of this policy belongs to jawoke.com.
